I guess I am as complex as most people are. A definite extrovert, with a sprinkling of hermitcrab thrown in. I enjoy meeting new people and learning whatever I can (as long as it has nothing to do with geography.. hehe). I relish any opportunity for laughter, am so politically incorrect that sometimes I shock myself.
I currently work as Sales Manager for the Norwegian consultant company Objectware just changed our name to Itera Consulting, a great company of talented men and women. A big change for me after having recently resigned my position as Managing Director / CEO of a training company in Norway, after nearly 4 years. I am proud of growing the company from a small entrepreneur company, from 3 employees to 10 and revenue of MNOK 5 to MNOK 36 and now firmly establishing the company as the market leader within both Agile and advanced technical training.
It has been one hell of a ride! I have enjoyed the challenge, the learning and am proud both of the achievement in itself but also and most of all, the wonderful staff without whom this achievement would have been near impossible.
I am blessed with an amazing son, Kevin, he is 7 and is already an unbelievable talented lego engineer. Kevin just started school, he enjoys math and reading (I am so proud). Kevin astounds me each and every day, with his thirst for learning anything science and mathematical (!) as well as being articulate and empathic, how could any parent ever ask for more.
